1. General Terms & Conditions

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed (subject to applicable conditions).

11. Limitation of Liability

Tk996 is not liable for the following:

• Game or transaction disruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from their own negligence.
• Losses resulting from technical errors or server downtime.
• If services are suspended or restricted due to changes in law.

Tk996's total liability shall in no event exceed the total value of the transaction in question. tk996 shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any consequential losses.
